FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST (FAT)

Highly competent and experienced inspectors of AQSS perform the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to evaluate and verify that the  equipment is built and operating in accordance with design specifications and customer requirements. Typically FAT is conducted at the manufacturer’s site prior to delivery. Witness testing of the assemblies is conducted during and after production as per the test plan and customer requirement. We help our customers to identify any issues or problem and also get it corrected by the manufacturer/supplier prior to shipment.  Our factory acceptance test (FAT) helps our customers to install and operate the equipment quickly and smoothly thus saving lot of time and efforts. We ensure the equipment meets the product specifications and test plan. The results of the factory acceptance test are documented comprehensively in the report and all the test results and data are attached for future reference.

Our comprehensive FAT process helps both the customers and suppliers for independent proof of functionality and quality and integrity. During our factory acceptance test visits we also ensure that all important documents including manuals, instructions, drawings and diagrams are  being provided and are up to date.

PROCESS VERIFICATION
