2-DAYS TRAINING WORKSHOP

This 2-Day Root Cause Analysis course is designed to equip the participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out effective problem analysis. This course is ideal for process owners, managers, supervisors and personnel involved in the internal auditing process based on Quality, health safety and environmental standards. In general, this course is for everyone whose job involves problem-solving.

This is a highly interactive and collaborative training that includes several exercises, group discussions, and simulations that will develop deep understanding that will ultimately facilitate uncovering of actual root causes of problems. The identifications of the root cause in pivotal for developing a practical corrective action and help organizations improve.

Certificate of attendance will be provided at the end of the course. Evaluation will be done throughout the course and there will be no examination at the end of this course.

The Root Cause Analysis course does not have any prerequisite course.

Any manager, supervisor, or employee who wishes to develop and use a formal problem solving methodology for the purpose of addressing corrective actions and continual improvement.

COURSE FACILITATORS:

Course facilitators are competent practitioners with practical industrial and managerial experience.

COURSE MATERIAL:

Course material given to each participant will include course binder and handouts.

COURSE CERTIFICATE:

Each participant will be entitled for a training certificate.

COURSE SCHEDULE AND VENUE:

The training runs from 09:00 to 17:00 hrs with one hour lunch break and two coffee breaks. The venue and the detailed programme will be intimated well in advance of the scheduled dates.
